Neon Flashes

Cada vez que veo algo de Ed Hardy mi cuerpo se encoge y me dan dolores estomacales. Aqui podemos ver esta cartera con un hermoso diseño de calaveras y alas de angel. Quizas la cartera tiene un mensaje simbolico que no he llegado a descrifrar...todavia. A la derecha tenemos el pelo degradé con un par de leggings rosado neon. Nunca he sido fiel amante de los colores neones especialmente en forma de pantalones. 

Every time my eyes catch an Ed Hardy design I cringe and I get very bad cramps. Here we have a faux leather purse with a beautiful skulls and wings design. Maybe the purse has a symbolic message that I haven't deciphered...yet. To the right we have gradient type hair with pink neon leggings. I have never been a lover of neon hues especially when they come in leggings.

Hola...me llamo Electra la Electrica. Me encontre a este chica electrica camino a mi casa y me ilumino la vida. Me gusta el hecho que haya combinado el color de pelo con el color de la cartera. Siempre he sido amante del color negro y me parece que vestirse solo de negro se ve muy elegante. Sin embargo, hay algo en este conjunto que no cuadra. Sera el collar con el candado? 


Hi...my name is Electric Electra. I found this electric chick on my way home and she enlightened my life. I like the fact that she combined her hair with her purse. I have always been an advocate of black and wearing black because it is so simple yet so elegant. However, there is something in this outfit that isn't just right. Maybe it is the choker?

Cuadros y cuadritos

Medias de cuadritos con zapatos oxford morados y pantalones de cuadritos? Aqui definitivamente tenemos un problema amigos. Mi teoria es que esta persona se vistio en la oscuridad o penso que esta combinación se ve clase. Pues no amiga, se ve mal en todos los sentidos de la vida. 

Plaid socks with purple oxfords and plaid pants? We got a situation here my friends. My theory is that this person got dressed in the darkness of her/his closet o thought this was a classy combo. Well, my dear friend, I looks horrible in every sense. 

A esta foto le doy credito a mis comadrejas queridas que me han apoyado desde el primer dia. Aqui tenemos una vez mas un par de pantalones cuadrados. Aqui los cuadros parecen un tablero de ajedrez. Me gusta mucho el contraste de la camisa negra y los pantalones verdaderamente llaman la atención. 

I credit this picture to my dear weasels that have given me support since day one. Here we have, once again, a pair of plaid pants. The trousers seems to resemble a chess board. I am really digging the contrast of the black shirt with the pants, they really caught my attention.

Que no se puede decir de esta persona? Seguro nuestro amigo aquí uso la tela de su sofá contaminado de chinches para hacerse un par de pantalones. Y para agregarle un toque especial decidió poner tres rayas verticales. Esto es un look definitivamente retro-moderno porque tenemos la modernidad de las rayas pero al mismo tiempo retro por la tela floreada. 

What can't be said of our friend here? I'm pretty sure our friend used the fabric from his bed bug infested couch to make himself a pair of sweatpants. And to add a special touch he decided to sew in three vertical stripes. This is definitely a retro-modern look because we have the "modern" neon stripes yet the retro floral fabric.

Aqui tenemos a la hermana perdida de Heidi. Este ser me lo encontre rondando por las praderas de la vida. Estos zapatos definitivamente deben quedarse en casa escondidos en tus archivos del 1990. Entiendo que son cómodos y perfectos para un dia caliente...pero mami, mamita existen otras opciones. 


Here we have Heidi's long lost sister. This being was found roaming the prairies of life. These shoes should definitely stay at home with your 1990 archives. I understand they are comfortable and perfect for a hot day...but mami, mamita there are other options.

Sneaky-s-burg Part II

Mami, esa camisa te queda pequeña. Evidentemente esta persona queria emular el look de "no me importa". Pero estoy segura que ella se paro frente al espejo y penso bien duro su conjunto. Yo le recomendaria comprarse una camisa un poquito mas grande y quizas un par de pantalones que se vean un poco mas limpio. 

Mami, that t-shirt is a bit tiny. Evidently, this person wanted to emulate the "I don't give a tiny rat's ass" look. But I am pretty sure she stood in front of her mirror trying to come up with a look. I would recommend her to size up her t-shirt size and maybe buy a pair of distressed jeans that might look clean?

Disculpen la foto borrosa, pero el zoom de mi camara no me permite conseguir muy buena resolucion. Pero aqui tenemos al hombre de las cavernas del 2012. La barba hace muy linda combinación con la melena.

Pantalones con diseño de pata de gallo? Con zapatillas estilo botita? Es en serio... se que tratas de verte diferente pero no esta funcionando amiga. Otra cosa que me molesta mucho tambien son las tiras del sostén...mujeres existen sostenes sin tiras! Inviertan!

Houndstooth leggings? With high top sneakers? Seriously, I know you are trying to look different and cool but it is not working here. On a side note, I despise it when I can see your bra strap...there are strapless bras! Buy them make an investment!

Estoy segura que muchos piensan "Ay que cuchi, las parejas que se visten igual". En mi opinion, no me parece muy "cuchi" o "lindo" las parejas que optan por esto. No lo voy a negar no estan mal vestidos, pero si van a salir a la calle traten de variar los conjuntos. 

I am pretty sure many of you think "Awww, look at the couple they are dressed alike". In my honest opinion I do not find this "cute". I will not deny it, they are well dressed, but if you are going to leave your house at least try to vary the outfits. 

Y aqui les comparto a lo mejor que vi en toda la feria de comida. Espero que esto les calme el dolor que mis victimas pudieron haber causado a sus pobres ojos.

Sneaky-s-burg Part I

Este fin de semana me fui a una feria comida donde estaba segura que iba a encontrar mucho material (pero del BUENO ehh) para compartir con ustedes mis comadrejas. Aqui tenemos a un ser con pelo amarillo y barba marron, pantalones de pijama bell bottoms, chaleco, sombrero fedora, y por ultimo pulsera de cuero. Si hay algo que no permito en un miembro del sexo masculino son esas pulseras de cuerito. No te hace ver mas masculino o mas clase...te ves como un NACO/NICHE/RAKA. No entiendo que pasaba por la cabeza de este señor al salir asi de su apartamento. Parece que no se ha bañado como en 10 años y ha optado por el look TALCO (tal como se desperto). 

This weekend I headed to a flea food market where I was bound to find some really good material to share with my dear weasels. Here we have double-toned hair (nice effect), flared pijama plaid pants, vest, fedora and leather bracelet. If there is something that I am highly against in men, it has to be a leather bracelet. It does not make you macho or classy...it makes you look tacky. I still do not understand what was going through his brain when he left his apartment. It looks like he hasn't taken a shower in 10 years and he has gone for the J-LIKe look (just like he woke up). 

Estas medias negras altas con falda y flats grises es un NO. Primero que todo el clima estaba a 30 asi que seguro tenia una piscina en esas pezuñas. Segundo, esto no se ve bien amiga! Y si tienes mas de 30  años este look no deberia cruzar tu mente...porfavor aprendan a vestirse acorde su edad!

Tall black socks with a skirt and gray flats...this is a NO. First, it was 85 degrees and I am sure there was a pool in her feet. Second, this does not look good! And if you are 30+ this look should cross your mind...please learn to dress according to your age!

Les tengo mas material pero eso lo voy a dejar para otro dia. Estoy segura que estas personas le hicieron mal a su sistema digestivo asi que los dejo con esta deliciosa paleta. Disfrutenla!

Pink, it was love at first sight

No se porque ultimamente el rosado le esta haciendo tanto mal a mis ojos. Pero me encontre a esta rosa caminando por las calles del subway. Primero, pantalones rosados con camisa rosa. Segundo, chaqueta con diamantitos. Tercero, pelo a lo Kate Gosselin con tres tonos diferentes. 

Lately, pink has not been on my good list. But while taking the subway, I found this beauty. First, pink pants and shirt. Second, puffer jacket with tiny diamonds. Third, Kate Gosselin hair with three different tones. 

Estos zapatos estan tan mal pero en todos los sentidos de la vida. NO me importa que seas hombre, mujer, gato, cabra o pajaro. No debes usar zapatos blancos Y puntiagudos! 

These shoes are just not right in every sense. I don't care if you are a man, woman, goat or bird. You should NEVER wear white pointy shoes!

Tulips, chrysanthemums, and lilies...

Me gusta que esta mujer decidio reciclar la tela de su sofá y su mantel para hacer una falda y un par de pantimedias (muy consciente del medio ambiente mami). Hay veces que diferentes diseños de tela se pueden ver bien..pero este no fue el caso aqui. Cada vez que veo estas medias siento que estoy con el gato de "Alicia en Pais de la Maravillas". En el brazo podemos ver una pequeña cartera de Vera Bradley y esos zapatos dorados le dan un toque especial al conjunto. Con este look se ve tan linda como los tulipanes que florecen en la primera....

I like that this lady decided to recycle the fabric on her tablecloth and sofa for a pair of pantyhose and a nice skirt (very green mami). There might be occasions where different patterns might look good...but this was not the case. Every time I see her pantyhose I feel like I am with the Cheshire Cat. On her arms we can see a Vera Bradley wristlet and to exacerbate the situation she added golden shoes. With this look she looks as beautiful as the tulips that grow in spring...

A traves de mis años como estudiante mi relacion con las FUGGS  UGSS fue de muy poco amor y cariño. Nunca las tolere y las tolerare. No me importa el color, sabor, tamaño o diseño...son asquerosas. La pezuña se ve horrible y no ayuda a la forma de la pierna. Aqui tenemos UGGS rosadas, camisa rosada, y shorts. Que mas se puede pedir?

During my school years my relationshit sorry relationship with FUGGS  UGSS was not very loving. I never tolerated or will tolerate them. I don't care what color, flavor, size or design...they are gross. It makes your feet look flat and it doesn't give your leg a nice shape. Here we have pink UGGS, pink shirt, and shorts. What else could I have asked for?

A esta mujer definitivamente se le olvido la combinación de su caja fuerte. Mami, esa botas de pelito jamas deben salir a la luz del día ni siquiera deben estar en la oscuridad de tu closet. Si quieres llamar la atención con colores y diseños asegurate que por lo menos sea una combinacion agradable. En serio pareciera que Barbie te vomito encima...

This woman definitely forgot the secret code to her safebox. Mami, the hairy boots should never see daylight not even the darkness of your closet. If you want to make a statement with colors and patterns make sure it is at least a nice combination. Seriously, it looks like Barbie threw up a bag of Wild Berry Skittles on you...

Que esta sucediendo aqui? Que esta sucediendo en el mundo? Si tienes pereza/flojera/weba de vestirte que te cuesta ponerte algo decente? Me molesta que hay personas que insisten en salir asi y disturbar mi pobre vista. Mami, esas ojotas/chancletas/cholas parece de salon de belleza...comprate una nuevas a $1 en OLD NAVY. 

What is going here? What is going on with the world? If you are lazy, why is it so hard to wear something decent? It bugs me that there are people that insist on leaving their house/apartment/burrow like this. Honey, the flip flops look like the ones they give after you get a pedi...get a new pair at Old Navy for a $1.

Bowling Shoes

El momento ideal para encontrar victimas es cuando tomo el tren. En el tren encuentras todo tipo de especimenes. Aqui tenemos estos zapatos que me dan escalofrios siempre que los veo. Este tipo de zapato deben quedarse en la pista de bolos o escondidos en tu closet de los años 80. No hay razon por la cual se debe usar en lugaras publicos especialmente con media grises largas y pantalones degradé. 

The best time of the day to spot victims is when I take the subway. On the subway cars you can find every kind of species. Here were have a pair of bowling shoes that give me chills whenever I see them. These type of shoes should stay in the bowling alley o hidden in your 80's closet. There is no reason for you to wear these shoes in public settings specially if you are wearing long gray socks and gray gradient pants.

Ca-ca-cankles

Una de mis comadrejas me mando esto desde la oscuridad de su madriguera. Hay tantas cosas sucediendo con este conjunto que no se por donde empezar. Bueno empezando, con la chaqueta NORTH FACE que es el uniforme basico. Por si no sabian existen otros modelos y marcas de chaquetas! Segundo, esos zapatos me MATAN. El simple hecho que sean sandalias tipo "flip-flop" con tacon me dan ganas de tirarlos a la hoguera. Estos zapatos no deben existir en el planeta tierra ni siquiera en areas rakatakas/niches/cholas. Me hace tan mal verlo porque la pezuña se ve mal y no ayuda a la forma de la pierna. Y mamita...no es por nada pero este look no le favorece a nadie...

One of my weasels sent me this wonderful picture from the bottom of her burrow. There are so many things going on with this outfit...I do not know where to start. Lets begin, with the NORTH FACE jacket (basic uniform for winter gear). In case you did not know there are other brands! Second, the shoes...oh the shoes you are killing me hun! The fact that these are platform flip-flops you are making me want to throw and burn them in a bonfire. These type of shoes should not be allowed anywhere (not even in trailer park areas). It make me so sick...your feet look gross and it does not help with your leg shape. And mami...this look is a no no...

Trash, trashy and trashier

Hoy mientras relajaba la dona en el parque se aparecio ante mis ojos esto. Este look verdaderamente define a un HMX. Primero, porque las medias estan rotas a lo largo del muslo. Tambien podemos ver que estos shorts le quedan un poco pequeños pero cada loco con su tema. 

Today while chilling like a villain in the park this came before my eyes. This look truly defines a HOT MESS. First, because her tights are broken along her thighs which enhances her trashy look. We can also see that her shorts might be a wee bit small but to each their own.

Muchos se preguntan si estas fotos yo las encuentro de la Internet o de donde las saco. Les comento mis comadrejas que estas las tomo yo. A veces puede ser muy peligroso porque las victimas me pueden ver o por veces me sale el flash (esto ya me sucedio). Por eso es importante amaestrar el arte de ser una comadreja. Esta botas con esos lazos son un NO rotundo. Hay demasiadas cosas sucediendo en estas botas los lazos, los huecos, la trenza...me marean. Y no voy a comentar de las UGGS peluditas en la esquina...

Many of you wonder where do I get these pictures from? Well my dear weasels, I take them with my wonderful weasel-cam. At times, it is dangerous because the victim might see me or there might be a flash (this has happened before). This is why is it important to master the art of being a sneaky weasel. Hot Mess Express #2

He aqui el HMX (Hot Mess Express) de la semana. A la izquierda tenemos un corpiño verde y a la derecha...QUE ES ESTO? Porfavor mami, cual es la necesidad de andar con leggings lamé a esta hora del dia o en cualquier punto de tu existencia! Y si mis queridas comadrejas...existen maneras CLASES de mostrar el corpiño y un poco de piel, pero definitivamente así no es como se hace. No se que trataban de emular pero Halloween fue hace 6 meses. 

Behold this week's HMX (Hot Mess Express). To the left we have a PINK green bra and to the right...what is this? Please mami, why is there a need for you to wear gold lamé leggings at this time or at any point in your life? And yes my dear weasels...there are CLASSY ways to show your bra or some extra skin, but this is not the way to go. I do not understand what they were trying to emulate but Halloween was 6 months ago.

For a millisecond I considered condoning this offensive behavior to my eyes because I thought they were with a group of friends or on a bar tour...such was not the case. BOOM

Pink Leopard and more...

Ultimamente me siento como si estuviera en el safari o en un zoologico. Pantalones rosados de leopardo dentro de un par de botas negras...porque? Me pregunto porque existen personas que insisten en salir en pijamas a lugares publicos. Estas son personas desconsideradas que no se percatan del daño que esto le causa a mis pobres ojos. Para el fin de año voy a quedar peor que un murcielago y eso que mi vista esta bien dañada... 

Lately I feel like I am living in a safari or I am at the zoo.Tucked-in pink leopard pants and black boots ... why? I wonder why there are people that insist on going to public places in pajamas. These are inconsiderate people that are not aware of the damage that this causes to my eyes. By the end of the year I will be worse than a bat and my eyesight is pretty messed up...

Botas de piel de culebra...es en serio? Y eso que no pude capturar la chaqueta de cuero mejor dicho plastico...

Snakeskin cowboy boots...seriously? Sadly I could not capture the faux leather jacket...

Esniki Peek

Mis queridas comadrejas he regresado de mi pequeño descanso...les cuento que me fui a una madriguera lejana pero muy cercana a mi corazon. Mientras estaba de visita mis pobre ojos presenciaron muchas atrocidades que compartire con ustedes mas tarde pero aqui les dejo una "sneak peek" de lo que vi este fin de semana. 

1. Botas moradas/blancas con efecto degradé
2. Vera Bradley bags...pero una sobredosis de Vera Bradley (otro dia les compartire mis sentimientos hacia este tipo de carteras)

My dear and beloved weasels I am back from my short yet much needed break...I traveled to a burrow that is very far away yet close to my heart. While visiting my poor and damaged eyes witnessed some atrocities that I will share with you later but I shall leave you with a sneak peek of what I saw.

2. Very Bradley handbags...but an overdose of Very Bradley bags (one of these days I will share my feelings towards these bags)
